Linseed Tea

Linseed tea is extremely beneficial to consume in the morning, especially for those who are suffering from constipation. Linseed is a natural laxative and also has other medicinal properties. Anyone who is suffering from cough or respiratory problems can take advantage of this Linseed Tea.

½ cup crushed Linseeds
2 tea bags
2 tsps sugar
1 cup water

This health drink can be prepared by simply boiling the water and adding the rest of the ingredients to it. Let the benefits of Linseeds be absorbed in the water. This takes about 20 minutes after reaching boiling point. Then you can reheat the drink and serve hot.

Eucalyptus Tea

Tired of suffering from the morning cough and cold? Well, this tea drink is one of the best solutions to your daily problems. It is a natural immune enhancer and thus will help your body in fighting viral diseases.

Few Eucalyptus leaves
2 tea bags
½ cup boiling water

This recipe is simple to prepare. Merely boil the ½ cup of water and put the leaves along with the tea bags in it. Let the medicinal properties of the eucalyptus leaves be absorbed in the boiling water for about 30 to 30 minutes. Reheat and serve hot.

Thai Tea

Thailand is famous for this chilled drink. It is rich and filling and beneficial in beating the summer heat. All Thai Teas have one common ingredient, condensed milk. They love their tea with rich and sweet milk.


½ cup tea – orange tea
1 cup condensed milk
4 tsps sugar


Take the ½ cup of orange tea and pour it in boiling water and let it cool down for few minutes. The key is to make the tea strong by repeating the above process with excess orange tea. When the tea is strong enough for you, then you can add 1 cup of condensed milk to the above mixture with 4 tsps of sugar. Stir the mixture well, chill it and then serve with shaved ice.

Apricot Tea

Apricots are one of the best resources for Vitamin A. Vitamin A is extremely beneficial in maintaining the beauty of your skin. Sip your way to a healthy and smooth skin with this wonder drink.

1 cup apricot nectar
2 cinnamon sticks
4 small orange peels
4 small lemon peels
3 cups apricot flavored tea

You can basically combine the peels of both the fruits along with the apricot nectar and the cinnamon sticks, and heat them in a bowl. After warming the above mixture, add the tea to mix all the ingredients. Then discard the peels and the cinnamon sticks and add brown sugar to the solution. Mix well and serve hot.

Lemon Tea

Lemon tea is extremely beneficial for people who are suffering from a severe cold or even Flu. This drink is rich in Vitamin C and helps your body in fighting infectious diseases. Regular intake also helps in preventing diseases by boosting the immune system.
1/2 cup. instant tea
1/2 cup lemonade drink
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup crushed lemon drops

You need to basically blend all of the ingredients to form a mix, which you can store in an airtight container. This mix can be prepared and used for making tea drinks in the future. Thus, take all the ingredients and blend them in a mixer or food processor. When you need to make this tea, take a cup of boiling water and add 2 tsps of this mixture to the cup. Stir well until it dissolves.

Russian Tea

This tea drink is the most preferred drink on the streets of Moscow. A very delicious drink, it is also beneficial for our skin.
2 cups orange drink or powder
2 cups white sugar
1/4 cup tea powder
3/4 cup lemon-flavored tea powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cloves

Pour the orange drink powder, sugar, tea powers, the cinnamon and cloves in a bowl. Mix them well and you can store this mixture of powders to make a quick Russian tea in the future. Now, whenever you want a taste of this tea, simply take 3 tsps of this powder mixture and add it to a cup of boiling water.

Almond Tea

Almonds are a great source for reducing your blood pressure and fighting the bad cholesterol in our blood stream. This drink does not only have medicinal properties but is also a delicious and aromatic drink.
4 Tea bags
1/2 tsp Lemon, finely grated
4 cups Boiling water
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tsps Lemon juice
1 tsp Almond extract
1/4 tsp Vanilla


This tea drink is very simple to make. Simply add the tea bags to the boiling water and let it steep until 5 minutes. Add the grate lemons and allow it to settle for few minutes. Finally add sugar, lemon juice, almond and vanilla extract. Mix it well and serve hot.
