Tea Ice Cream

Dry tea – 1 cup
Refined sugar – 1 cup
Cornflour – 1 cup
Fresh milk – 2 cups

Heat the water and quickly remove it from the fire, while boiling. Put the hot water in a bowl and add tea leaves. Let it cool for 5 to 10 minutes and then strain. Aside, boil the milk in another bowl and add the sugar and cornflour to the boiled milk. Let the mixture cool down for 5 to 10 minutes as well. You should stir the mixture while heating, to avoid the formation of lumps. Add the tea water to this mixture. Stir it and serve it as a frozen desert.
