Dandelion is a very powerful herb that lowers the cholesterol and blood pressure in the body. It is beneficial for skin problems such as pimples and acne. According to the USDA Bulletin #8, "Composition of Foods" (Haytowitz and Matthews 1984), dandelions rank in the top 4 green vegetables in overall nutritional value.
5 dandelion flowers
2 cups water
1 tsp. honey
Boil water and infuse the flowers. Allow to stand for 3 minutes. Strain, add honey, and serve.
